Victoria and Albert Museum
The Victoria and Albert Museum was opened by Queen Victoria in 1899. It is one of the worlds biggest museums of art and design and has over 100 galleries including collections of sculpture, furniture and photographs. The Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington is part of a family of museums consisting of The Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green and The Theatre Museum in Covent Garden.
